PASDEC Appoints Mohammad Ikhwan as New Chief Executive Officer

KUANTAN – Pasdec Holdings Berhad (“PASDEC”) has announced the appointment of Mohammad Ikhwan bin Mustapa Al Bakri as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 May 2026. He succeeds Liew Chai Sen who resigned as the Chief Executive Officer to pursue other interests.

Mohammad Ikhwan, 41, brings more than 17 years of experience across project planning and construction, project management, regulatory compliance, cost control and stakeholder engagement.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Vice President of Property and Strategy Development at PASDEC, leading development strategies, land acquisition, and overseeing end-to-end project execution for the Group.

Prior to joining PASDEC in 2021, he served as Project Manager at Zenith Aim group of companies, where he developed extensive experience and proficiency in project management and development, overseeing construction activities and ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.

In his new role, Mohammad Ikhwan will oversee PASDEC’s overall operations and strategic direction, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening the Group’s development portfolio and delivering sustainable value to stakeholders.
