Listed on Bursa Malaysia’s Main Market since 27 October 1997, Pasdec Holdings Berhad is principally involved in property development, project management, and civil and building construction across Pahang.

Backed by the State Government of Pahang via Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Pahang, the Group is actively diversifying its investment portfolio — targeting a pipeline of over RM250 million in new residential launches in 2025.

Our ultimate goal is to maximise shareholder investment and long-term value for all our stakeholders — delivered through transparent governance, disciplined financial management, and strategic growth.

Pasdec is guided by the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance (MCCG) and Bursa Malaysia’s Main Market Listing Requirements.

Board Leadership & Effectiveness

A structured Board led by an Independent Chairman, with clear delineation of roles between the Chairman, Executive Deputy Chairman, and Group Managing Director. The Board Charter governs all strategic decisions.

Effective Audit & Risk Management

The Audit and Risk Management Committee (ARMC) meets at least quarterly. Internal and external audit functions are independently maintained with full reporting to the Board on all material risk matters.

Integrity in Corporate Reporting

All material information is disclosed through official Bursa Malaysia announcements before any third-party communication. Shareholders are engaged directly at AGM and through regular quarterly financial disclosures.
