Pasdec
Corporation Sdn. Bhd. [55031-P] (“Pasdec Corp”), a wholly owned subsidiary
of PASDEC, was incorporated in Malaysia on 8 February 1980. Pasdec Corp is principally
involved in property development, project management and provision of management
services.
As the main subsidiary of PASDEC, Pasdec Corp undertakes most
of the property development projects of the Group, the majority of which are located
in Kuantan.
Currently Pasdec Corp holds a 100% interest in Treacher Development
Sdn. Bhd., 20% interest in Prima Prai Sdn. Bhd. and 40% interest in Genting View
Resort Development Sdn. Bhd.
