Pasdec Bina Sdn. Bhd. [9248-H] ("PBina"), a wholly owned subsidiary of PASDEC, was incorporated in Malaysia on 11 March 1970.

Its principal activities are mainly:-

1. Construction
2. Trading of Construction Materials
3. Insurance Agent
4. Manufacturing of Clay Bricks.

Pbina is registered as a Class A " Bumiputera " Status contractor with ' Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK)' & Gred G7 with ' Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) '. This enable us to bid for contracts with unlimited value for projects belonging to the Goverment and private sectors.

Its wholly owned subsidiary, Kuantan Bricks Sdn. Bhd. is involved in manufacturing of clay bricks.
